Please note that this test is only available at our Bexleyheath Clinic. The rapid Covid-19 Nucleic Acid Amplification Technology (NAAT) test detecting viral RNA provides an indication of active Covid-19 infection using a nasal swab. The vitamin D test requires a venous blood sample and provides a measure of levels of the vitamin in the blood. Vitamin D has association with protection against infection and acts as a regulator of calcium and phosphate within the body. The rapid COVID PCR  test provides an indication of active infection and the Vitamin D test provides an indication of the levels of the vitamin in the blood. Please note both a nasal swab and blood sample is required for this panel of tests.

What is a Rapid COVID-19 and Vitamin D test?
